Karen Williams

Karen is a results-oriented professional with twenty-five years of construction coordination and management assistance experience.  She is driven with enthusiasm to deliver a quality, finished project for all Slater Builders clients.  Her responsibilities include, but are not limited to the coordination, set up and maintenance of each project from the bidding process, to project awarding, through project construction and final project close-out. She is responsible for bid solicitation, ordering and distributing blueprints and specifications, updating project logs and data base files, typing, preparing and submitting the bid proposal; preparing and processing subcontracts agreements, subcontractor change orders, owner change orders, purchase orders, and other secretarial support for the project manager, superintendent and president.  She enjoys working with and having great rapport with subcontractors, architects and owners.

In her free time, she & her husband are dedicated season ticket holders for the Los Angeles Angels of Anaheim (to which they attend many games during the MLB regular season), as well as spending time with their kids and grandchildren.
