Ground-up construction of a medical office building located in Rancho Mission Viejo, CA.
This project consisted of approximately 26,000 SF of core and shell construction for Memorial Care Medical Foundation.
The scope of work includes a two-story concrete tilt-up building with all related utilities, landscaping and parking.
The exterior of the project is clad in reclaimed wood and metal siding to mirror the ranch architectural style of the area.
