PROJECT MANAGER, P.E. KIM HARVEY
Kim has over twenty-seven years of general contracting (GC), construction management (CM), and design experience in the private and public sectors, with expertise in various delivery methods including design-build, CM multi-prime, and traditional design-bid-build. She has been involved in all phases of projects from preconstruction through closeout. Preconstruction experience includes: design coordination, multiple constructability reviews, estimating, bidding, preparation and management of requests for qualifications (RFQ) and requests for proposals (RFP), preparation of bid documents, and management of the bid process. Her project experience includes education, government, and commercial projects including: a campus facility, community colleges, K-12 schools, low-income housing, community and senior centers, park and sports facilities, baseball stadium, television broadcast facility, parking structure, and commercial office buildings. Her background as an engineer coupled with her GC and CM experience, gives Kim a unique perspective and skill set that is the basis of her highly successful history of project delivery.
When Kim is not working, she enjoys spending time with her husband a 3 kids. She and her family love watching sports (especially UCLA), going to Lake Havasu and wakeboarding, and skiing/snowboarding in Mammoth.
