This project was a 25,000 SF tenant improvement build-out that included demolition of existing finishes, installation of a new fire sprinkler system, and 100% reducting of the HVAC system.
The scope also included a complete gut and installation of four restroom facilities with shower stalls and employee kitchen, as well as minor parking lot work.
