Chris Manchester

Chris brings more than 20 years of expertise in the construction sector. His career started as the owner and operator of an electrical company, where he discovered the importance of strong leadership and effective communication for timely project completion. After about ten years, he moved into the role of Construction Superintendent, where he further developed his skills by overseeing 6 to 8 construction crews and projects throughout Orange County. With his organizational skills, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities, he proves to be a valuable asset on every project he undertakes.

Chris enjoys spending his free time with his family. He and his wife are actively involved in youth sports, supporting their 13-year-old daughter who has a passion for softball, their 10-year-old son who excels in high-level soccer and flag football, and their 9-year-old daughter who participates in Girl Scouts and soccer. When they aren’t attending sporting events, you can often find them at the beach, relaxing and surfing with family and friends.
