Ryan Richmond
Superintendent
Ryan Richmond joined Slater builders in fall of 2022 from the residential construction industry and brings over 17 years of Superintendent experience.
Ryan has managed the construction of hundreds of new homes for some of the world’s largest real estate developers including Lennar Homes, KB Homes and Watt Communities.
In 2015, with the rise in popularity of mixed-use construction in Southern California, Ryan began combining commercial construction with his residential background. The result is a diverse base of knowledge and a high level of adaptability.
Outside of work, Ryan spends most of his time with his daughter Reese. She is an outstanding artist with an emphasis on musical theatre. He loves to join Reese as she walks their two dogs every night. Ryan’s personal hobby is surfing.
