1901 First Street Parking Structure & Rec Deck

1901 First Street Parking Structure and Rec Deck is a seismic retrofit of an existing four-story parking structure.

The 5^th floor, structural steel rec deck is built on top of the existing parking structure and encompasses the new recreational facility for the new surrounding apartment buildings.

Residents have walkway access to these extensive amenities that include a pool, spa, BBQ area, gym, demo kitchen, dog spa, lounge and relaxing cabana areas.
