Renovation of twelve (12) dorm restrooms including new piping, drain piping, waterproofing, tile, lightings and counter tops.
Renovations were also made in the common areas including new carpet and baseboards, new ceiling tiles, lighting, as well as removal and replacement of the sprinkler system and fire alarm system throughout the building.
Additional upgrades included modifications to the ADA parking in order to bring up to code and replacement of the roofing at the equipment well.
