Slater Builders performed tenant improvements to an existing 4,845 SF shell building into a state-of-the-art pet hotel for dogs and cats.
The Hydrant Pet Hotel features 4,000 SF of indoor/outdoor dog park space divided into three areas by two roll-up doors.
Outdoor play areas are equipped with K9 pet lawn systems, sun shades and splash pad play areas.
All indoor play areas are outfitted with rubber flooring to provide cushion for the dogs paws and joints.
The facility also includes a doggy spa and temperature controlled private dog suites.
