The project entailed the development of a single-story industrial facility featuring 4,240 square feet of warehouse space, 500 square feet designated for office use, and 500 square feet set aside for storage.
The building employed Type III-B construction and was fully equipped with a sprinkler system.
Mechanical equipment and solar panels were installed on the roof.
Key features included a new 8′ 6″ x 19′ trash enclosure, a new at-grade parking area, and fresh landscaping.
Moreover, the existing storage facility had been demolished to clear the way for this new development.
