Cesar Sierra

Cesar is a highly experienced construction professional with over four decades of hands-on expertise in the industry. Since beginning his career in 1980, he has held a wide range of roles—including carpenter, foreman, heavy equipment operator, superintendent, and project manager—developing a comprehensive understanding of the construction process from the ground up.

His diverse background includes extensive work across remodels, custom designs, and new construction for single-family homes, condominiums, commercial buildings, and specialized projects in both the public and private sectors. In 2008, he earned his General Contractor’s License and founded C&S Contractors, taking on projects as a solo owner and consistently delivering exceptional results under tight schedules and limited logistical support.

Known for his integrity and commitment to quality, Cesar is dedicated to providing clients with the best possible craftsmanship. His approach centers on building strong, honest relationships founded on transparency and ethical business practices.

Outside of his work, Cesar is an avid outdoorsman who enjoys hiking, fishing, off-roading, and camping—always open to new adventures and hobbies that keep him connected to nature.
