EDWARD J. SLATER, JR.

Slater Builders Inc. was founded in 1993 by Edward J. Slater, Jr., following eleven years of experience in commercial and industrial real estate with The Seeley Company. He started the venture with his wife Liz, brother Joe, and father Ed Sr. The company's philosophy mirrors Ed Sr.'s belief that name and reputation come first.

Ed is known for his ability to manage projects requiring adaptability, creativity, and challenge. He has successfully handled a variety of projects, from retail and commercial spaces to educational campuses and hospitality ventures, consistently exceeding stakeholder expectations. His effective management of these diverse services has built long-lasting client relationships.

Outside of work, Ed is an active member and former President of the Santa Ana Country Club, a board member of Cristo Rey Orange County High School, involved in his church, and has been married to his wife Liz for 43 years. They enjoy spending quality time with their three children, son-in-law, daughter-in-law, and grandchildren.

Ed holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration Finance from California State University, Fullerton, and is a licensed contractor. Ed spends his free time with family and body surfing at the beach.
