Also includes a guard station, site amenities, trash enclosure, generator enclosure, security and fire alarm system for the building and project site.

Building 2: New construction of a 140,400 sf pre-engineered metal building to accommodate 8 future tenants, including all mechanical, electrical and plumbing provisions and structural building foundation, as well as a trash enclosure, and installation of a security and fire alarm system for the building and project site.
