Champagnes Kitchen

The tenant improvement project transformed an existing restaurant space into a newly established dining venue for Champagnes Kitchen.

The project involved demolishing millwork, interior walls, finishes, and fixtures, followed by furnishing and installing new finishes.

Enhancements were made to the ceilings, and seating and booths were arranged to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Additional improvements included painting and updating electrical fixtures, renovating restrooms, and installing new tile.

The plumbing fixtures were upgraded, while kitchen and mechanical equipment were installed.

Minor adjustments were also made to the fire sprinklers and the fire alarm system to ensure safety and compliance.
