Nick’s Newport Beach

Nick’s Newport Beach was a tenant improvement project renovating an existing restaurant and café space for a new restaurant operator.

It began with the demolition of the current millwork, doors, restroom walls, and finishes within the restrooms.

Following the demolition, the renovation included the installation of new finishes and millwork for both the interior, exterior and ceiling of the 5,832 SF restaurant space.

A key aspect of the project was the creation of ADA-accessible restrooms, which featured updated finishes, plumbing fixtures, and lighting to ensure compliance with accessibility standards.

Their attention to detail, proactive communication, and commitment to quality set this build apart.

We look forward to our next project and many more years of our partnership.”
