The showroom portion of the building is a steel structure with storefront glazing and metal panels, and the service area is a CMU structure. The total developed area of the site is approximately 215,000 SF. The main development sits below a steep slope adjacent to a fault line.
The site work included the construction of a sizable retaining wall along with paved areas for vehicle display and parking.
