LA Fitness – Seacliff Village Huntington Beach

This project was a renovation of a former Hardware store.

The scope of work included new underground plumbing and electrical with a new switch gear, all new walls and ceiling, new mechanical system, and Energy Management system.

The outdoor space has a new pool, all new landscaping, outdoor showers, steel shade awnings, and a new pool deck with an alternating concrete pattern.

The interior finishes include LVT flooring, wood athletic flooring, Millwork and graphics throughout, new storefront window systems for each room, a finished kids club center, new lockers and tile finishes throughout the showers, restrooms and locker rooms.

Three future tenant spaces were also built out with individual restrooms, finished walls, ceilings and storefront window systems.
