Quakes Stadium Modernization

During the baseball off-season, Slater Builders renovated the Quakes clubhouse at LoanMart Field in Rancho Cucamonga, preparing for the upcoming season. This tenant improvement project involved adding to and expanding the current home and visitor clubhouse. It included the demolition of parts of the existing exterior walls for the new expansion.

The renovation features updated restrooms, HVAC systems, and lighting, along with alterations to the existing fence.
