St. Marks Preschool – The Nest

Renovation of an existing early childhood education facility attached to an existing church.

Improvements included minor exterior wall relocations, new finishes and fixtures throughout the pre-school.

New built-in millwork, new lighting, HVAC, plumbing and security. Existing exterior windows were re-glazed with insulated units.

Exterior improvements were limited to re-striping an accessible parking stall with signage and installation of a 10′ high fence around the pre-school new play area.
