Construction consisted of a new two-story classroom building and attached multi-purpose gymnasium.
The two-story, 17 classroom building also included a teachers’ workroom, restrooms, full gymnasium and full kitchen, as well as a design/build glass and glazing system, fire sprinkler and fire alarm systems and canopies.
Extensive site work included re-routing of the existing underground utilities, new transformer, grinding and placement of a petromat system at the existing parking lot, new water tie-in at the street and construction of a 1,500 SF fire road.
