The Cristo Rey Orange County Adaptive Reuse Project is currently in progress and involves renovating an office park into a high school for Cristo Rey Orange County.
The project focuses on transforming two existing office buildings at 3601 and 3611 Harbor Blvd. into a contemporary educational facility.
Building 3611 will predominantly function as the school, providing 17,488 square feet for school activities and 7,829 square feet for office use. Building 3601 will continue to house medical space on its first floor.
The project also includes enhancements to the parking area, featuring new basketball courts, a lawn area, and outdoor dining spaces located between the buildings.
Additionally, a drop-off lane and improvements to building accessibility are part of the development.
