Slater Builders is serving as the general contractor for the construction of a new 10,484-square-foot multi-purpose gymnasium at St. John the Baptist.
This versatile facility is designed to accommodate a range of activities, including sports, theater performances, graduations, and banquets.
The project scope also includes extensive site improvements such as new grading and landscaping, installation of landscape planters and biofiltration systems, and construction of a new lunch shelter.
Outdoor recreation areas will be upgraded with reconfigured striping and equipment for basketball, volleyball, pickleball, and hopscotch.
