Modernization and accessibility upgrades to an existing institutional occupancy adult and child day care for individuals with disabilities.

Work includes new single occupancy restrooms and shower, teaching kitchen and staff kitchenette, floors, wall and ceiling finishes, lighting throughout, gutters at roof edge, parking lot restriping, new accessible path from the south courtyard to the public realm, infill of existing pool and covering with new paving, electrical and communication devices.
