Phase 3 Expansion to Existing Cemetery in three areas:

St. Vincent Pedestal

• Added new pedestal with niches for urn and cremated internment. Pedestal and niches are granite with Valori pre-cast caps.
• Existing marble St. Vincent statute placed on top of pedestal.

Family Estates & St. Joseph Plaza

• 16 new family burial plots with 8 crypts per plot. Custom white CMU block walls and metal gates with engravable plaques for family name. Crypt lids are 4 pieces here compared to single large slab lids in the rest of the cemetery due to access restrictions for the heavy equipment needed to move the slab lids.
• Added poured in place concrete walkways and 2 permeable paver pathways for ADA accessibility.
• Added site walls and new pedestal with niches for urn and cremated internment with Valori pre-cast caps.

Holy Family Plaza

• Added new pedestal and site wall with niches for urn and cremated internment with Valori pre-cast caps.
• Permeable paving throughout.

• Updated site landscaping and irrigation throughout
• Repaved 200 SF asphalt
• Improved site drainage
• Extensive grading work to accommodate hundreds of new crypts and earthwork.
